I offer flexible ad hoc maternity nursing hours, with a minimum of 3 hours per shift, to cater to your specific needs. Whether you require assistance with:
Establishing healthy feeding practices, be it breastfeeding or bottle feeding
Implementing a gentle routine
Learning safe sleeping techniques
Soothing & settling baby to sleep
Bathing
Nappy changing
Dressing
Baby-related tasks such as cleaning/sterilising baby items & all nursery duties
Preparing nutritious meals to help you recover during the 4th trimester
