General

 Behaviour during class

  • Please be mindful of other families within classes, please arrive on time and notify staff if you feel you may be late or cannot attend.

  • The focus of every class is that adult and child participate together, to ensure this can happen please keep chit chat to a minimum during class and feel free to talk during the breaks and/or free play time as private conversations can be disruptive to the overall experience.

  • Please limit phone use and phone calls during class. Mobile phones to be on silent and only to be answered in an emergency.

  • Guests: space is limited within our classes, grandparents and other parents are welcome at the session with prior agreements, please check that it is ok and that there is space before attending.

  • Store buggies carefully. Do not block any fire exits. Do not leave and valuables in unattended buggies.

Treatment of staff

Our staff deserve to be treated with respect, if you have an issue or complaint please email casey@Sensoryland.com

Reporting an issue

If you have experienced an issue in regards to making a booking or a concern during a class please email casey@sensoryland.com

Photographs

  • We are happy for you to take photographs of your child during class and capture these precious moments. In compliance with our safeguarding and GDPR policies, you may take photographs of yourself and your own child and must respect other families not wanting to be in shot. If another family raises concerns that their child may be in a photograph without their consent you will be asked to delete the image.

  • If you take any photographs of your child and you are happy to have them shared to our social media and website please email them to us. Alternatively, please share to your social media page and tag @Sensoryland

  • Occasionally we may ask to take photographs during class, this will be to use on social media, our website and any promotional work we create. If you do not feel comfortable having yourself and/or your child in any photos please advise a member of staff.

 

Refunds & class cancellations

  • In the unlikely event that we should have to cancel a class we will give you as much warning as possible via email (or mobile if we have it). Where possible we will endeavour to reschedule the class, allow you to attend another class for free or offer you a full refund.

  • Refunds are at Sensory Land’s discretion.
