Safety guidelines *

Adults are to work with their children and must not leave them unattended at any time. ##Safety - Please be aware that due to the nature of our classes, from time to time there may be sensory items on the floor that are slippery or could cause an accident. We take this very seriously and do all that we can to ensure the space is safe. If you see this happen, please alert a member of staff immediately so it may be cleared away. ##Photographs – We do allow photographs to be taken during class but this MUST be limited to your child/children only. If you violate this rule and take photographs with other people’s children without their consent you will be asked to delete the images. ##Missed classes - If you cannot attend a class or are running late, please inform Sensory Land as soon as possible. Some of our venues you need to be admitted entrance to and your lateness/non attendance will effect the class for the rest of the group. Often there are waiting lists of families keen to attend a class, if you cannot attend please inform Sensory Land so that someone else can attend. If you miss a class there are no refunds, roll overs or catch ups as explained below. ##Sickness If your child is unwell, it is best not to attend the class. If your baby is crying excessively and cannot be comforted, he/she may be ill. If yourself or your child display any of the symtoms of Corona Virus please do not attend class and seek appropriate medical help. ##Class rules – You will adhere to the ground rules which will be discussed in detail in week 1 and will include; talking on mobiles during class, social distancing, hygiene and being courteous of your class mates. ##Please sign the following disclaimer. I have read the above booking, safe guarding, health & safety guidelines and will ensure that I adhere to them: •I take full responsibility for myself and my child, and for everything that happens to me and my child in relation to the Messy Play class. • If myself or my family become unwell or begin to display any symptoms of Corona virus, I will not attend any classes and quarantine for 14 days. I will also notify Sensory Land immediately. • I will adhere to the Corona virus rules and keep a safe distance from other class participants. • I will keep my child/children from mingling with class piers. • On arrival I will clean both my hands & my child’s hands with the sanitizer provided. • At the end of the session I will use the wipes provided to wipe down any shared equipment I have used before placing them into the cleaning basket. • If I learn that I have been into contact with anyone with the virus I will contact Sensory Land immediately & refrain from attending classes until the quarantine period has passed & I & my family are without symptoms. • I will respect Sensory Lands no refund, no rollover or catch up policy .
